What is included in one revision?
One consolidated round of refinements within the agreed brief, such as paint, lighting or finish adjustments. Send your feedback together.
Can I completely change the design during the revision?
A new style or brief is a new concept. Any additional fee and timing will be agreed before work begins.
What happens if my project files are not suitable?
I’ll request clearer photos or plans before starting. If suitable replacements cannot be provided and work has not begun, you may request a refund.
How can I pay?
You can securely complete your purchase using PayPal or a major credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Can I cancel my project or receive a refund?
Before work starts, you may cancel for a full refund. Afterward, completed work may be non-refundable. The Terms & Service Policy explains refunds for unfinished work and applicable rights.
Will I receive exact paint colors and product recommendations?
Yes. Your guide includes selected paint references and relevant products, with sourcing where available. Check physical samples and local suitability before ordering.
How does online exterior design work?
Send photos of an existing home or drawings for a new build, along with your goals. I develop the exterior design and provide a visualization and specifications for the next steps.
Can you design a home that has not been built yet?
Yes. Select New Build on the Start a Project page and upload your available elevations, plans, sketches or 3D model. I can develop the exterior materials, finishes and visual direction before construction decisions are finalized.
What do I need to send before you start?
For a renovation, send one clear photo of each selected side. For a new build, send available drawings or a model. Share your goals and any selections already made.

Mary Jo. You work directly with me throughout your project.
How long does the design process take?
Typically 5–10 business days after payment, suitable reference files and the brief are confirmed. Larger projects may take longer; timing is agreed before starting.
Can you redesign my house without changing the architecture?
Yes. Finishes, trim, doors, lighting and other details can transform its appearance while preserving the existing structure.
Can you make architectural changes as part of the design?
Yes. I can explore changes to openings, entry details and exterior elements. Structural feasibility, construction details and permits must be checked with qualified local professionals.
Can you help me choose exterior paint colors and materials?
Yes. I select finishes that work with your architecture and the roof, windows, brick or stone that will remain.
Do I need architectural drawings?
For a renovation, clear photos are usually enough. For a new build, upload your available elevations, drawings, sketches or model through Start a Project.
Will I see what my home looks like before renovating or building?
Yes. Your visualization shows the proposed exterior for your home before you purchase materials or start work.
Do you only design residential properties?
I also design selected commercial exteriors, including cafés, restaurants, salons, studios and boutiques.
What styles can you design?
Contemporary, traditional, transitional, Mediterranean and European-inspired styles, adapted to your property’s architecture and your preferences.
