Information you share
The project form collects your name, email address, property location, project type, selected house sides, project preferences, exterior photographs, optional inspiration images and, for new builds, drawings or model files. I use this information to assess your project, create your design, communicate with you and manage your order. Please avoid uploading unrelated personal or sensitive information.
Your project files stay private
Project details and uploaded files are stored through the website’s hosting and storage services, with access restricted to the site owner through the project inbox. Uploaded client photographs, drawings and models are not publicly displayed in the portfolio, Journal or marketing without your permission.
Reviews
Client reviews are published with permission. Previously submitted feedback and contact details remain private unless you agreed to publication. Email addresses are not displayed. Review records follow the retention and deletion process below.
Payments
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. The website stores the order amount, payment status and transaction references needed to manage your order. It does not collect or store your full payment-card details or PayPal password.
Analytics and technical information
The hosting platform may collect visit counts and technical information such as IP address, approximate country, browser, requested pages and error logs to operate and understand the website. Google Analytics is installed on public pages to measure visits, pages viewed, referral sources, campaign parameters (UTM tags), approximate location and device / browser information. Private project and payment-return pages are excluded by the site code. Project form contents and uploaded photographs are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.
Independent website statistics
Public pages also send anonymous page-view and activity signals to this website’s own hosting service. These record the time, page path, referring website domain or sanitized campaign source, approximate country and a random tab-session identifier. The identifier is kept in session storage and renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. No names, email addresses, form contents, full referring URLs, IP addresses or browser fingerprints are saved in these statistics. Private project and checkout pages are excluded. The tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control when enabled. Activity records are removed after 90 days during routine collection and report access. Reports are accessible only through the owner’s private performance dashboard.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site platform may use cookies or similar technologies for security and sign-in to restricted areas. PayPal uses its own technologies during checkout. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visits. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. You can restrict cookies through your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools.
Retention
Project information and files are retained while your request or order is active and afterward as reasonably needed for project support, revisions, payment records or disputes. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule for project records. Analytics retention is controlled by the Google Analytics property settings. Information may need to be kept longer where required for legal or accounting obligations.
Access and deletion requests
To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email office@onlineexteriordesigner.com from the address used for your project. I may ask for information to verify the request. Records that must be retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes may be excluded from deletion; I will explain any applicable limitation.
