Your design package
Mary Jo personally creates the exterior design for the house sides you select. One house side / primary exterior view costs $795 USD. The second house side costs $600 USD; the third and fourth house sides cost $500 USD each. Each selected side includes its own visualization. Your package includes a Specification Guide and one consolidated revision round. Products, installation, construction drawings and contractor services are not included.
Payment and project start
Payment is made in USD through PayPal before design work begins. After payment, I review your photos or plans and requirements and contact you by email. Your project officially begins when payment is confirmed, suitable reference files and all required information have been received, and I confirm the agreed scope and start by email.
Turnaround
The typical turnaround is 5 to 10 business days from the confirmed project start, not from submitting the form alone. If more information, replacement files or a larger scope is needed, I will discuss the timing with you. Waiting for your feedback or information can affect the completion date.
One included revision
A revision is one consolidated list of adjustments to the initial concept within the agreed brief and selected house sides. Examples include refining a paint choice, a specified finish, lighting or a detail already explored. Send your feedback together so the changes can be considered as a whole.
Changes beyond a revision
A completely different style, a new design brief, extra house sides or substantial changes after the initial concept may require an additional fee and more time. I will explain the scope and price before any extra work is agreed.
Cancellation and refunds
To cancel, email office@onlineexteriordesigner.com as soon as possible. If design work has not started, you may cancel for a full refund. If the supplied photos or plans cannot support the agreed work and suitable replacements cannot be provided, the project will not start and you may request a refund. Once custom design work has begun, the completed portion may be non-refundable; any refund for the unfinished portion will be assessed according to the work performed and applicable law. Completed custom work is generally non-refundable for a change of mind. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that apply under law, including where the service is not provided as agreed. If I cannot deliver the agreed service, I will discuss an appropriate remedy or refund with you.
Your information and reference files
Provide accurate property information, preferences, features to preserve and any relevant restrictions. For a renovation, upload at least one clear, straight-on photo of every selected side. For a new build, provide available plans, elevations, sketches, a 3D model or current construction photos. You may upload up to 8 house photos for a renovation. For a new build, you may upload up to 4 plans or models, 8 site photos and 3 inspiration images. I will ask for replacement files if needed before starting. Only submit materials you own or are permitted to use.
Specifications and product availability
Your specification identifies paint colors and relevant materials or products, with sourcing information where available. Availability, prices and product specifications can change. Confirm stock, compatibility and suitability with suppliers before purchasing. Test physical paint and material samples at the property; screen colors and lighting can differ from real finishes.
Construction and local verification
Visualizations are exterior design concepts, not construction drawings, engineering advice or permit documents. Final dimensions, measurements, structural requirements, construction methods and installation decisions must be checked by qualified local professionals. You are responsible for confirming permits, local regulations and any association requirements before carrying out work.
